Gente

A project dedicated to exploring and understanding the stereotypes that shape our society.

Our mission is to unravel the hows and whys of the associations that form around certain groups of people, as well as to find ways to redefine those prejudiced images that, unfortunately, often define our behaviors. At GENTE, we are committed to creating an open and constructive dialogue on these vital issues. Through a variety of formats, such as trainings, workshops, audiovisual content on social media, and podcasts, we seek to engage everyone in reflection and positive change.

Our approach is based on rigorous research and the promotion of empathy. We believe that understanding how stereotypes form is essential to effectively challenging them. Therefore, our work is supported by specialists and academics who help us analyze relevant data and studies.

The workshops and trainings we offer seek to educate and foster open-mindedness. We want to empower individuals and communities to question their deeply held beliefs and develop a deeper understanding of the people around them.

Additionally, on our social media channels, we share audiovisual content that highlights real stories and personal experiences, challenging stereotypes and promoting acceptance of human diversity. We believe that stories have the power to generate empathy and break down barriers between cultures and groups.

Podcasts are another of our tools to reach a broader audience. In them, we thoroughly explore topics related to stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination, presenting different perspectives and innovative solutions to drive meaningful change in society.

GENTE is an inclusive space where everyone is welcome to participate, learn, and grow together. We believe that by uniting as a community, we can challenge stereotypes and work toward a more just and equal society for all.

Join GENTE and be part of the change toward a more compassionate, prejudice-free future! Together, we can create a world where diversity is fully celebrated and respected.
